These are the people who chose to stand by us — coming from different fields, with diverse experiences, yet united by one thing: their belief in the #findependent mission. They support us with their knowledge, their connections, their time, and their kind hearts. Thanks to them, we reach further, grow faster, and make this mission bigger and more meaningful every day. Together, we are turning #findependent into more than just a project — we’re building a movement.

Ivaila Maslarska

Student (17), Lycee Francais de Sofia

Ivaila Maslarska is a 17-year-old student from Sofia who combines her passion for business with a strong commitment to social impact. She is an active volunteer, speaker, and consultant for the #fINdependent initiative, where she contributes to the development of the program’s mobile app—overseeing its structure, content, and design—to make financial literacy more engaging and accessible for young women.

As one of the youngest members of the team, Ivaila takes part in events that promote investing and financial independence. At the #fINdependent Summit 2025, she shared her personal experience with financial markets and inspired her peers to think strategically and build long-term financial well-being.

Antonia Kercheva

Workplace wellbeing consultant

Antonia Kercheva is a consultant in organizational development and workplace well-being. She works with leaders and teams to build inclusive cultures, foster sustainable management, and create healthy organizational climates.

With over 17 years of experience in marketing and communications, she has led the public relations efforts of national and international companies and has organized more than 500 events. In the past five years, she has dedicated her work to training and programs in emotional intelligence based on the EQ-i 2.0 model, focusing on connection, psychological safety, and human well-being.

Svetla Kaisheva

Executive Director Ladies Forum

Svetla Kaisheva is the Executive Director of the Ladies Forum Association—a cause she has devoted the past seven years to as a driving force and inspiration behind the mission to build a strong, united, and confident women’s community. With extensive experience in managing business communities and organizations of high public value, Svetla has previously served as Executive Director of FBN Bulgaria – the Family Business Network, and as Deputy Executive Director of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF).

A lawyer by education, she has also worked as a legal advisor at Siemens and the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria.

Petya Nikolova

Lawyer | Master in Health Management | Certified Mediator

A professional with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector, she has a deep understanding of public sector processes and a strong interest in sustainable development within the health system. At the core of her professional philosophy lies the pursuit of strategic integration between efficiency, ethics, and social responsibility.

Eneya Georgieva

AI Product Manager, myPOS

For the past two years, Eneya Georgieva has been an AI Product Manager at myPOS, where she leads the development of artificial intelligence solutions following the successful defense of her master’s thesis in this field. Before that, she worked as a Product Manager within the same company. Her career began in media—she was an editor at Forbes Bulgaria and previously wrote for Ikonomika magazine and Economic.bg, focusing on topics such as startups, public finance, personal investments, business, and the “green” economy.

Eneya was among the editors of the European Youth Work Convention 2020–2025, established during Germany’s Presidency of the Council of the EU at the initiative of the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.

Kunka Yordanova

Sustainability Manager, Lion’s Head

Kunka Yordanova has over 15 years of professional experience across key sectors of the real estate market—residential and commercial. Her expertise was developed at AG Capital, a leading investment group in Central and Eastern Europe, where she gained in-depth knowledge in residential sales, office building management, LEED/BREEAM/WELL certification, and the full project life cycle and operational efficiency.

As Sustainability Manager at Lion’s Head, she now leads the creation of an environmental and social management system aligned with IFC standards and ESG trends.

In her role as Chair of the Ladies Forum Alumni Club, Kunka actively supports the organization’s growth by sharing her experience and inspiring others. She is driven by the belief that opportunities for change within modern communities and spaces can be transformed into tangible outcomes—fostering human connection, environmental care, and thriving ideas.

Ani Angelova

Banker

Ani Angelova is a senior banker with over 28 years of experience in the financial sector. She began her career at Raiffeisenbank, where she advanced from Procurator to Executive Director and Management Board Member (since 2007). Since 2023, she has held a leading role at United Bulgarian Bank (UBB) in the Retail Banking division. Ani holds strong academic credentials from UNWE, RSM, and IESE, and is actively engaged in women’s leadership initiatives within the Ladies Forum Association.

Ani Zaharieva

Executive Director, FairPlay International

Ani Zaharieva is Co-founder and Managing Partner of FairPlay International, a construction and real estate development company.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has played a pivotal role in transforming FairPlay International into one of Bulgaria’s leading companies for construction, investment, and management of apartment houses, hotels, complexes, and office buildings.

Among the company’s flagship projects are Sofia’s first gated community in the “Iztok” district, Crystal Palace Hotel, Arena di Serdica Hotel, Santa Marina Resort – Sozopol, and St. Ivan Rilski SPA Resort – Bansko, all of which have received more than 10 Building of the Year awards.

Petyo Stoyanov

Founder & CEO, BoroBit

Petyo Stoyanov is the founder of BoroBit, a company created with the mission to help more Bulgarians build a better financial future. This mission brought him together with Findependent, where he found like-minded partners in the pursuit of financial literacy, sustainability, and independence.

With a background in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sofia University and over 20 years of experience in software development, Petyo combines deep technical expertise with a passion for using technology for meaningful causes. For Findependent, he is not just building a mobile app—he is bringing the idea to life, making it accessible, intuitive, and truly useful for every woman on her journey to financial independence.

Petyo believes that when technology serves a purpose, the results are not only innovative but transformative. This belief fuels his dedication, time, and heart in developing Findependent.

Mirena Ivanova

Marketing Director, Forbes Bulgaria

Mirena Ivanova is the Marketing Director of Forbes Bulgaria, with over 20 years of experience in the media industry. She builds and manages multi-platform communication strategies that connect brands with meaningful causes and inspiring communities. Her focus lies in creating high-value content—ranging from radio, print, and digital formats to event platforms and innovative partnerships.

Iskren Mitev

Entrepreneur

Iskren Mitev is an investor and entrepreneur, and Co-founder of ESCREO—a company that produces functional paints transforming any surface into a magnetic whiteboard or one that purifies the air and absorbs carbon dioxide.

He actively participates in various organizations supporting leadership and entrepreneurship in Bulgaria and mentors aspiring founders through multiple programs, sharing his experience to strengthen the local startup ecosystem.

Iskren and ESCREO have been recognized with numerous awards, including Forbes 30 Under 30, Founder of the Year 2019, and Deloitte Impact Stars.

Teodora Gerdjikova

Board Member, Dronamics Capital

Teodora Gerdjikova is a Board Member at Dronamics Capital and Digital Product Manager at Pod-Badeshte AD, with more than 15 years of experience in building innovative digital solutions.
