Founder of #findependent and Board Member of Ladies forum
Целият професионален път на Радослава Масларска е свързан с света на финансовите пазари. Започва кариерата си преди 25 години от най-ниското стъпало в една от водещите небанкови финансови институции в България – ЕЛАНА – и с постоянство и визия стига до ръководството ѝ.
От повече от 17 години Радослава се утвърждава и като едно от най-активните лица, ангажирани с развитието на капиталовия пазар и инвестиционната среда в страната – първо като член, а от 2017 г. и като председател на съсловната организация, представляваща сектора на инвестиционните посредници в България (БАЛИП). Представлява сектора в редица институционални формати – като член на Съвета на директорите на Българската фондова борса, на Фонда за компенсиране на инвеститорите, на Националната комисия по корпоративно управление и участва в консултативни органи към Централен Депозитар, Комисия за финансов надзор и Комисия за защита на потребителите. Сред учредителите е и на Green Finance & Energy Centre към БФБ – платформа за устойчиви финансови решения.
Но може би най-голямата ѝ страст днес е свързана с мисия, която излиза отвъд числата – подкрепата за жените и тяхната финансова свобода. Като член на Управителния съвет на Сдружение „Дамски форум“, Радослава е инициатор на програмата #findependent – вдъхновяваща платформа, създадена, за да даде увереност и практически знания на жените по пътя към финансово овластяване. Програмата вече докосва стотици жени в България, като превръща сложния свят на финансите в достъпен и личен път към независимост.
Radoslava Maslarska has dedicated her entire professional career to the world of financial markets. She began 25 years ago from the very first rung of the ladder at one of Bulgaria’s leading non-bank financial institutions – ELANA – and, through consistency and vision, rose to its leadership.
For more than 17 years, Radoslava has also been recognised as one of the most active figures engaged in the development of Bulgaria’s capital market and investment environment – initially as a board member, and since 2017 as Chair, of the professional organisation representing the sector of investment intermediaries in Bulgaria (BALII). She represents the sector in numerous institutional formats – as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the Investor Compensation Fund, and the National Corporate Governance Commission, as well as participating in consultative bodies to the Central Depository, the Financial Supervision Commission, and the Consumer Protection Commission. She is also among the founders of the Green Finance & Energy Centre under the BSE – a platform for sustainable financial solutions.
But perhaps her greatest passion today lies in a mission that goes beyond numbers – supporting women and their financial freedom. As a member of the Board of the Ladies Forum Association, Radoslava is the initiator of the #findependent program – an inspiring platform created to give women the confidence and practical knowledge they need on their path to financial empowerment. The program has already reached hundreds of women in Bulgaria, transforming the complex world of finance into a personal and accessible journey toward independence.
